Within a few weeks of moving into our home (with a rather old well system), we had an emergency situation where the pipe coming into the house had sprung a leak, but we couldn't shut the pump off for risk of our pipes freezing in the middle of winter. Chip showed up almost immediately after we called him, and had everything fixed in an amazingly professional and efficient manner - and at a very fair price, particularly since it was an emergency call! Since then, we have had Chip back multiple times to do proactive work on our well and water systems, including the installation of a water filtration system, and we have always been immensely pleased with his work. Chip does high quality work and is a truly wonderful guy!! He is the only one we trust to work on our well and water.

Chip installed a carbon filter, water softener, and RO system in my home. Not only did he complete the install just a couple days after speaking on the phone, he was by far the most honest, relatable, and best priced out of the 4 other companies I contacted. I own a home with a well system. The water had a very bad sulfur smell and every time I would take a shower the whole house stunk for hours. I called Chip for an estimate and he said he knew how to fix it. Chip offered to fix everything for a fair price so we scheduled a date for him to come back over. Chip was going to fix the smell and install a separate drinking water 4 gallon tank with three additional filters. I have waited a couple months to write this review to make sure everything worked. It has and here I am. Everyone who has been to my house noticed right away. The Drinking water is also the best water I have tasted. No more buying Gallons from the store.

I do not usually write reviews, but for service this exceptional, it is more than warranted. We hired Chip to install our water treatment and softener system, including a reverse osmosis system. After researching several professionals, we decided on Chip. Chip is one of the most honest professionals we have ever utilized to work on our home. He does not pad numbers or unnecessarily up sell. And it is apparent he is an expert in his area. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Chip. It is rare these days to have both high quality and great value, but with Chip, you get both. He truly cares about his customers, and it shows in the excellent work he does. We referred a friend to him, and she also had a wonderful experience, thanking us several times. We love our water now.
