I absolutely love my water now! We had horrible water that turned blonde hair into a tint of Orange. Chip hooked us up! Now our skin feels so soft after a shower. The washer is actually running a lot better. And you know there is no better company to have them chip when he comes to service it. Such a down to earth kind of guy!!

Chip installed all that was needed in our home to have clean pure water! He checks in when he is in the area to make sure it's all working well and he is so friendly!! We will definitely be going back to him when we buy a new home in the future!

I'm so happy that I connected with Chip. I am a pretty capable plumber and was planning on installing my own system. After speaking with Chip, it became clear that there was more to water treatment than I thought. He designed a great system that addressed all of my concerns and installed it beautifully. The system works exactly as promised and for not that much more money than I would have spent installing it myself. He was a pleasure to work with. A true professional in the best sense of the word.

Chip was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to provide the service. My husband and I are thrilled with how well the water softener works. We have definitely noticed that our skin does not get dry anymore after showers and washing our hands with the water softener. I was impressed with how he went above and beyond to provide quality service. Chip also replaced our water faucet. Towards the end of installing the faucet, it became apparent that one of the hoses for the faucet was not long enough. Chip went to Home Depot that evening to find an extender that evening, because wanted to make sure that we would not go without in our kitchen. We are so grateful for everything Chip did for us.

Another 5 stars rating for Chip! He came to install a water softener for me and his price for the unit sold was super reasonable and it was installed the same day. Another thing: Chip is not only a true professional and super knowledgeable, he does it all with a big smile on his face. I hired him through my warranty company and even they were blown away by how good he was. The entire time he was there, I truly felt he had my interest in his heart, which is unfortunately a rare sight these days. Give him a call. Won't be disappointed

Had the unit installed 2 yrs ago after many issues with appliances. Wonderful products! No issues since with the appliances!
Responds quickly to questions and talks me through changing settings over the phone/text. Had an issue today and they came out the same day after we were unable to fix it over the phone. Fixed in a few minutes!
